Revenue Streams - Rockstar make money from other games such as Read Dead Redemption, Bully and other, such as merchandise and DLC.
Oligopoly - Small companies come together such as Sony and Microsoft and Nintendo to help with the creation and convergence.

Syngergistic Techniques - 2 different medias come together to promote the game. Online trailers co-ordinate with online trailers and release of magazine articles and Tv ads.

CONSUMPTION
Backstory - The main story line and mission to the game, why the character is where they are etc.
Cut Scenes - The scenes cut in to the game to keep the gamer updated with the mission.
Multiplayer Mode - More than one player can interact in the game
Modding/Modder - Creating the game to the gamers own desire by including cheats for different platforms etc.
RPG - Role Play Game
Interactivity - The gamers interaction with the control, the characters interaction with their gun/mobile etc.
Sand-box - Don't necessarily have to stick to the missions. Character and gamer can do what they want.

Technological convergence
Convergence of media occurs when multiple products come together to form one product with the advantages of all of them.
Media Convergence
When old and new media intersect in such a way that the way in media producers and media consumers interact changes.
Synergy
Definition: The interaction of two or more agents to ensure a larger effect than if they acted independently.
Viral Marketing
Definition: A marketing technique aiming at reproducing "word of mouth", usually on the internet and through existing social networks.

Vertical Integration
Definition: Absorption into a single firm of several firms involved in all aspects of a product's manufacture from raw materials to distribution.
